In March 2020, the local project 'Milking It' was created with a focus on documenting the Applecroft farm in the village of Purlpit, located just outside of Bath. The photo story highlights a humble family farm that is part of a huge industry. The milk produced at Applecroft farm goes into the manufacture of Arla products, such as butter, yogurt and various milk.
